Inclusion Statement

All are Welcome Here!

I aspire to provide inclusive services to people and families of all abilities, races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, cultural backgrounds, and other labels that we apply to ourselves. The individualized nature of therapy allows me to tailor my interventions to fit the unique constellation of identities that apply to your family. This can include anything from figuring out how to incorporate play and time to work on therapeutic goals into a busy routine, to learning new things about your family culture, to helping your family develop a new narrative after learning about a child’s diagnosis of disability.

I am here to listen and to help you figure out what works for you. I am constantly trying to learn and reflect on how to best use inclusive language, imagery, and actions both in my practice and on my website. If there is anything I can do to make my practice more inclusive or make therapy more successful, I welcome any thoughts or feedback, if you chose to provide it.
